Delray Beach, Fla. – A property, located in the subdivision of Canyon Isles in the city of Boynton Beach was sold by ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ for $300,000 in November 2012. ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ represented the seller on Sandstone Hill Terrace in the short sale transaction. The Kristin Stampini Team is a Dignified Transition Solution agent for Bank of America.

The Boynton Beach home was listed in July of 2012 and put under contract in September. The mortgage was held by Bank of America and took 88 days to obtain a short sale approval. The short sale closed in November 2012. The seller was released of a deficiency judgment by Bank of America and was given $6000 for relocation assistance. The buyer paid cash and had to cover $10,000 in past due homeowner’s association dues.

"The past due homeowners’ association dues made this sale challenging," said Kristin Stampini, the real estate team’s leader. “Even in times of struggle it is very important for people in condos and neighborhoods with an HOA to stay current with their dues," said Stampini. “People are surprised to learn that an association will often file for foreclosure faster than a bank.”

The Kristin Stampini Team is an award winning real estate team based in Boca Raton, Florida. The team is led by Kristin and Mark Stampini. They specialize in short sale transactions, and have helped hundreds of South Florida homeowners avoid foreclosure. Kristin Stampini is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and holds a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR).

Jake Goldman The flaw in your logic is that when your changing the order of your page, you're also necessarily changing the order of the pages around it. If you move your page to position 1, aren't you moving the page with position 1 into position 2? It seems to me most use cases would demand that only a user capable of editing all pages should be able to reorder them. February 22, 2012 · Reply
